Job Profile: Purchase & Store Executive (Brief – Suitable for Indeed Posting)

Position: Purchase & Store Executive Location: Pune (BR Instrumentation & Controls) Experience: 2–4 years in industrial procurement & stores management

Role Summary

Responsible for end‑to‑end purchase operations, vendor coordination, inventory control, and maintaining accurate store records to ensure smooth production and timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities
Raise purchase enquiries, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and quality compliance.
Maintain GRN, inward/outward register, stock ledger, and daily inventory reports.
Monitor minimum stock levels and plan replenishment.
Verify bills, delivery challans, and support accounts for invoice processing.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
Work closely with production team for material planning and dispatch.
Maintain documentation as per ISO standards.

Required Skills




Knowledge of industrial components, flow meter parts, and electrical/mechanical items.
Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/Tally (preferred).
Valuable communication and record‑keeping ability.
Understanding of inventory control methods (FIFO, reorder levels, etc.)

Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commerce.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹10,876.09 - ₹35,000.00 per month
