Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Expand market share across key visa categories.=
Lead, mentor, and track performance for senior consultants, inside sales reps, and telecallers.
Set KPIs, target structures, incentive plans, and performance benchmarks for the sales team.
Conduct ongoing training on consultative selling, objection handling, high-value client conversions, and regulatory policy updates.
Oversee lead funnel management from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, digital channels, and referrals.
Ensure smooth post-sale handovers to legal, processing, and documentation teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
