Key Purpose

The primary responsibility of a Fitter Cum Technician is to ensure “First Time Right” (FTR) jobs by accurately diagnosing, repairing, and completing vehicle-related work within the estimated time.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicles reported to the dealership.
Identify any additional repair requirements and obtain concurrence from the Floor Controller / Bodyshop Supervisor before carrying out extra work.
Complete assigned jobs within the estimated time.
Conduct a thorough self-quality check after completing the job.
Minimize repeat repairs and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the allocated work bay.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with the workshop team.
Follow all prescribed safety rules, regulations,



and workshop procedures.
Use appropriate protective equipment wherever required.

Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and fitting.
Meticulous and quality-focused workmanship.
Positive discipline and adherence to safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently with positive speed.
Ability to read and understand technical information in English.

Education
ITI in Fitter Trade

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter Cum Technician in an automobile garage/workshop.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
