Physiotherapist Location: The Behaviour Junction, Jalandhar

About the Role The Behaviour Junction is looking for a compassionate and skilled Physiotherapist to work with children with developmental and neurological needs. The therapist will provide individualized physiotherapy interventions focusing on motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, posture, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities Conduct physiotherapy assessments and identify individual motor and physical needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to each child’s goals. Work on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, posture, gait, and mobility. Conduct therapeutic exercises and functional activities in an engaging, child-friendly manner. Support children in improving physical independence and functional abilities. Monitor progress and maintain accurate session and progress records. Provide appropriate home-based activities and guidance to parents/caregivers. Collaborate with psychologists, behaviour therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists,



and special educators as part of a multidisciplinary team. Participate in team discussions, case reviews, and parent meetings when required. Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive therapy environment. Requirements *

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT). Valid professional registration where applicable. Experience working with children, developmental disabilities, autism, or neurological conditions will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a child-centred approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. What We Offer Qualified and supportive work environment.
