Job Description – Interior Site Supervisor

Position: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects

Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Prior experience in Interior Site Supervision preferred

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor interior works at project sites.

Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper manpower utilization.

Coordinate with the project team and report site progress regularly.

Check the quality of materials and workmanship.

Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues.

Requirements

BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience in Interior Site Supervision / Interior Fit-Out Projects.

Valuable knowledge of site execution and interior finishing works.

Ability to coordinate and supervise workers and contractors.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
