Key Responsibilities – Telecaller
Make outbound calls to potential clients and business leads to introduce Gary Global Solutions and its services.
Explain GGS services such as Digital Marketing, Website & Web App Development, Branding, IT Solutions, Process Automation, and Mobile App Development in a clear and skilled manner.
Identify potential clients' business needs, challenges, and requirements and suggest relevant services.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead databases.
Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, client requirements, and responses in the company's CRM/lead sheet.
Schedule meetings or consultations between interested prospects and the sales/business development team.




Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through regular and qualified communication.
Handle basic questions from prospects and coordinate with the relevant team for detailed technical or service-related queries.
Follow up consistently with warm leads and missed opportunities to improve conversions.
Achieve assigned daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Share regular updates on lead status, client feedback, and calling performance with the reporting manager.
Research and identify new business prospects across relevant industries and markets.
Maintain a skilled tone and represent the Gary Global Solutions brand positively in every interaction.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
