Key Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication work on plant structures, equipment, pipelines, platforms, and supports.
Carry out Arc/MIG welding, gas cutting, grinding, and fabrication as required.
Read and understand basic fabrication drawings and measurements.
Perform repair and modification works on machinery and structures.
Ensure proper weld quality, alignment, and finishing.
Follow safety procedures and maintain positive housekeeping at the workplace.
Coordinate with the maintenance and fabrication team for timely completion of jobs.
Qualification: ITI – Welder / Fitter or equivalent trade qualification.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a steel plant, rolling mill, or heavy fabrication industry.
