We are looking for an experienced GeM Executive to handle Government e-Marketplace activities for our medical device/product-based company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end GeM portal operations.
Manage product listing, bidding, tenders, quotations and order processing.
Monitor and participate in relevant Government tenders and GeM bids.
Prepare and submit tender and technical documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product specifications and documentation.
Track orders, deliveries, payments and tender status.
Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and government procurement procedures.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in GeM operations / Government tendering / e-Procurement.
Experience in a product-based company is preferred.
Experience in medical devices, diagnostics or healthcare products will be an added advantage.
Valuable knowledge of the GeM portal and government procurement process.
Valuable communication, coordination and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in GeM sales/tendering for medical devices or healthcare products.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
