Manage end-to-end recruitment for event, creative, production, and corporate support roles.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
Coordinate with management and event/project teams for manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely joining and documentation.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
Manage temporary, freelance, contractual, and event-based manpower requirements.

Requirements
Graduate/MBA in HR or related field.




3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong recruitment and people-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven setting.
Experience in the events, media, entertainment, creative, hospitality, or similar industry will be an advantage.
