Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and online research.
Contact hospitals, clinics, and companies to introduce Oxiv’s recruitment services.
Understand client hiring requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings with potential clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling/business development.
Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + IncentivesBenefits: Performance incentives + Career growth prospects

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
