Job Title: Team Leader – Last Mile Operations

Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of delivery executives (Wishmasters). Manage daily attendance, scheduling, and shift planning.
Hub Operations: Oversee daily hub operations, including inventory sorting, loading, and dispatch of delivery vehicles to meet strict delivery timelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics such as Delivery Percentage, Attempt Rates, and Customer Escalations. Identify bottlenecks and implement swift solutions.
Cash & Asset Management: Ensure accurate reconciliation of Cash on Delivery (COD) collections,



digital payments, and physical inventory at the end of every shift.
Customer Experience: Drive a customer-first culture within the team. Directly handle complex customer escalations or delivery disputes to ensure swift resolution.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the hub and during transit.

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
