Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience to manage projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, developers, designers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with development, design, QA, and other internal teams.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Communicate project updates, requirements, and priorities to stakeholders.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective action.
Manage task allocation and follow up with team members.
Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Handle client communication and understand project requirements.




Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to management.
Ensure effective coordination between business and technical teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in Project Management.
Robust knowledge of project planning, execution, and tracking.
Valuable understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
