Job Summary

We are seeking a structured and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day human resources operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate has solid communication skills, deep knowledge of labor laws, and a passion for building an effective, positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Onboarding & Training: Lead employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless welcome for recent hires.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, resolving conflict, managing complaints,



and assisting with performance management.
HR Administration: Maintain digital employee records, track leave requests, and manage data within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures remain fully compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Human Resources position or related role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
