Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a minimum of 6 months of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly.
Support sales activities and achieve assigned store targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
Ensure proper product display and maintain store standards.




Coordinate with the store team for smooth daily operations.
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Professional appearance and good grooming standards.
Willingness to work in a target-driven retail setting.

Pay: Up to ₹15,500.00 per month
