We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with robust expertise in Python and Node.js to drive end-to-end development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend systems, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and contemporary development practices, with experience leading complex data and web solutions.
Develop and maintain backend services using Core Python with a robust grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.

Integrate relational databases with Python services; proficient in SQL programming, and familiar with ORM tools (like SQLAlchemy) and database migrations using Alembic.
Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying and managing backend applications.
Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected backend system designs.
Mentor junior developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and support to ensure best practices within the team.
