Responsible for handling iPhone and laptop repairs, technical troubleshooting, customer service, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair iPhones and laptops.
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
Handle servicing, maintenance, upgrades, and installations.
Identify technical issues and provide suitable solutions.
Assist customers in selecting iPhones, laptops, and accessories.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and services.
Handle showroom sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Manage customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain proper records of repairs, services, and sales.
Ensure proper handling and secure custody of customer devices.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate service updates.
Requirements
Experience in iPhone and laptop repair is preferred.
Positive knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Sales experience in iPhones, laptops, or electronics is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle both technical and sales responsibilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
