Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate, adjust, and monitor an automated electrostatic powder coating booth.
Visually look for flaws and inconsistencies and perform touch ups by operating a manual spray gun.
Direct line activities and manage line parameters for production pace.
Determine appropriate preparation of surfaces and application of powder coating.
Perform surface prep, masking, and plugging.
Operate and maintain both the cure and dry off ovens.
Operate controls and functions of powder coating equipment.
Clean, maintain, and store tools and powder coating equipment.
Interpret technical documentation to determine correct paint application and surface finish.
Determine appropriate preparation of surfaces and application of paint.
Disposes properly of paints and other hazardous materials.
Secure material handling processes, including forklift driving and overhead crane operating.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
