Position: Lawyer (Legal Department)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
Handle property and real estate legal matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Coordinate with government authorities, advocates, and legal consultants.
Provide legal advice to management on business and operational matters.
Manage litigation matters and maintain legal records.
Conduct legal research and support documentation for projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) (LLM preferred).
3–5 years of relevant experience in Legal/Real Estate.
Robust knowledge of property laws, contract law, and legal compliance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
