Handle patient calls and enquiries.
Schedule consultations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors and internal teams.
Maintain CRM records and reports.
Convert leads into consultations/enrolments.
Provide empathetic patient support.
1–2 years' experience in healthcare/customer support/inside sales preferred.
Robust English & Hindi communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Meet monthly conversion and patient satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
