Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will oversee the complete accounting function of the organization, including vendor bills, payments, business-wise financial tracking, and timely financial reporting across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Bill Management
Record, verify, and process vendor bills and invoices
Maintain proper documentation and approval workflows
Track due dates and ensure timely payments
Payments Management
Execute vendor, salary, and operational payments
Maintain payment schedules and support cash flow planning
Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions
Business-wise Accounting
Maintain separate accounts for each business unit
Track profitability, expenses, and revenue
Provide periodic financial reports
Financial Record Keeping
Maintain books of accounts (ledger, journal entries,



etc.)
Perform bank reconciliations
Keep records audit-ready
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and consultants
Prepare monthly and annual reports
Process & Control
Improve accounting processes and internal controls
Monitor discrepancies and resolve issues

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in accounting/finance roles
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance
Ability to manage multiple business units

Work Timings: 08:30 AM – 6:00 PM
