Qualification :

Diploma /B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineer with minimum 2 year of experience in any chemical/Bulk drug/Pharma/API Manufacturing company.

Project Procurement Planning
Develop and execute procurement plans in line with project schedules and engineering deliverables.
Engineering & Technical Coordination
Review engineering documents, specifications, BOQs/MTOs, datasheets, drawings, and material requisitions before initiating procurement.
Coordinate with engineering disciplines to clarify technical requirements and specifications.
Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs to approved and qualified suppliers.
Vendor Management & Technical Evaluation
Identify potential suppliers in coordination with the vendor development/procurement team.
Obtain and evaluate technical and commercial quotations.
Coordinate technical bid evaluations with Engineering and Project teams.
Prepare commercial comparison statements and support vendor selection.
Participate in vendor negotiations for price, delivery, payment terms, warranties,



and other commercial conditions.
Expediting & Delivery Monitoring
Track purchase orders from placement through manufacturing, inspection, dispatch, and delivery.
Coordinate with QA/QC for inspection and testing requirements.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure purchased items comply with approved specifications, drawings, quality plans, and applicable standards.
Coordinate inspection requirements with QA/QC and third-party inspection agencies.
Commercial & Contract Coordination
Evaluate commercial offers and prepare comparison statements.
Support negotiations and finalization of commercial terms.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete procurement records, including RFQs, quotations, technical evaluations, commercial comparisons, POs, vendor drawings, inspection reports, and delivery documents.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
