The Mother Teacher is responsible for the overall academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development of the students in her class. She creates a protected, engaging, and inclusive learning environment while fostering a strong partnership with parents.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and child-friendly classroom.
Monitor and support each child's academic and personal growth.
Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
Organise and participate in school events, assemblies, and co-curricular activities.
Prepare teaching aids and maintain classroom displays.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school meetings and career development.
Uphold the school's vision, values, and policies.

Qualifications
Graduate with B.Ed. (as per CBSE norms). Freshers can also apply.
Positive communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for working with children and commitment to continuous learning.

Pay: ₹9,792.24 - ₹20,000.01 per month
