Key Responsibilities:
Call and connect with candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring alignment between their availability and hiring team’s schedules.
Share interview details such as date, time, location, and instructions in a clear and empathetic manner.
Maintain and update candidate records and interview schedules with accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to ensure timely follow-ups and confirmations.
Provide assistance to candidates regarding interview-related queries and support them throughout the process.
Monitor attendance, follow up with candidates post-interview, and escalate issues when required.
Assist in generating reports and analytics related to interview scheduling and candidate engagement.

Qualifications:
0–1 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment support, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive candidate interactions.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Discretion and professionalism when handling candidate information.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruitment or HR operations.
Knowledge of scheduling tools or CRM platforms.
Understanding of gender-sensitive communication and empowerment initiatives.
