We are hiring Area Sales Executives (ASE) / Area Sales Officers (ASO) with strong experience in automotive field sales, tyre, battery, dealer, or channel sales.

Experience
ASE: Minimum 5 years
ASO: Minimum 2 years
Minimum 75% relevant field sales experience
Current designation: ASE / ASO preferred

Preferred Industry

Candidates from Tyre, Battery, Automotive, Auto Components, or related industries are preferred.

Experience with companies such as MRF, Apollo Tyres, JK Tyre, CEAT, BKT, Bridgestone, Goodyear, TVS Eurogrip, Michelin, Exide, Amara Raja, Livguard, SF Sonic, or similar companies will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Drive dealer/merchant network expansion
Increase product penetration and repeat business
Manage assigned territory and achieve sales targets
Develop and maintain strong dealer/retailer relationships
Execute sales schemes, promotions, and local market activities




Track market performance, competitor activity, and sales KPIs
Drive sustainable business growth across the assigned territory

Candidate Requirements
Strong field sales and territory management experience
Dealer/distributor/channel handling experience
Valuable communication and relationship-building skills
Local language + basic English required
Basic Hindi is preferred
Willingness to work in a field-based role

Work Details
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives
Employment Type: Full time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
