Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Travel Trainer to join our team in Panvel. The candidate will be responsible for training students in travel and tourism operations, ticketing, reservation procedures, customer service, travel documentation, and qualified communication.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on Travel & Tourism concepts and operations.

Train students in airline and travel reservation procedures.

Provide knowledge of ticketing, fare calculation, and booking processes.

Explain travel documentation, passports, visas, and basic immigration procedures.

Train students in itinerary planning and travel arrangements.

Develop students' customer service and communication skills.

Conduct practical activities, role plays, and demonstrations.

Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.

Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.

Prepare students for interviews and careers in the travel and tourism industry.

Keep training content updated with current travel industry practices and trends.





Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry or training.

Strong knowledge of travel operations, ticketing, reservations, and customer service.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Valuable classroom management and student-handling abilities.

Professional attitude with solid interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge; knowledge of travel reservation systems is an advantage.
