Job Title: Business Development Trainee

Location: Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi

Role Overview

The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for counselling students, promoting our courses, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with students and parents to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses.
Conduct telephonic and online counselling sessions to explain course features and advantages.
Follow up on enquiries through calls, messages, and emails to encourage enrolments.




Maintain and update student data in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work towards daily and monthly targets for enquiries, counselling, and admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
Confident, student-friendly, and willing to work in a target-driven setting.
Basic computer knowledge; willingness to learn CRM tools.

Experience
Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
