We are seeking an experienced, high-integrity General Manager of Operations to take full ownership of our printing, LED signage, and retail in-shop branding operations. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone and executive leadership’s direct eyes and ears on the ground—ensuring standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly enforced, timelines are met, and nothing is left unchecked.

You will lead cross-functional teams across graphic design, print production, finishing, dispatch, and final in office installation, driving accountability and complete operational transparency.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day workflow across the design studio, print floor, LED/signage fabrication, dispatch, and in office delivery/installation teams.
Process & SOP Enforcement: Ensure every project strictly follows company systems, quality control standards, and production schedules without deviation or unauthorized shortcuts.
Management Reporting & Visibility:



Serve as the direct operational link to executive leadership; provide unfiltered daily reporting on production status, bottlenecks, material wastage, and team performance.
Team Leadership & Accountability: Directly manage, mentor, and evaluate supervisors, machine operators, designers, and logistics staff; resolve operational conflicts and enforce discipline.
Timeline & Resource Planning: Translate client briefs into concrete production schedules, ensuring optimal machine run-time, inventory availability, and zero delivery delays.
Quality Assurance & Dispatch Control: Audit finished jobs prior to packaging and dispatch to guarantee zero-defect delivery and flawless in office branding execution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
