Job Responsibilities
-Manage and supervise residential civil construction projects from start to completion.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
Ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Handle site-level technical and civil construction issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
Requirements




Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
4–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably residential projects.
Robust knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
Positive team management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities effectively.
-Candidates with experience in Vapi or nearby locations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
