Job Description – Herbal / Nutraceutical Chemist

Position: Herbal / Nutraceutical Chemist
Experience: 2–8 Years
Industry: Herbal / Nutraceutical / Ayurvedic / Pharmaceutical
Location: Panchkula, Saketri
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) or relevant qualification

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture herbal and nutraceutical products as per BMR, BPR, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
Handle dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, and packaging activities.
Ensure proper documentation and batch record maintenance.
Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and minimize wastage.
Perform in-process checks and coordinate with the QA/QC team.
Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment.
Follow GMP, GLP, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Report deviations, breakdowns, and production issues to the reporting manager.




Ensure timely completion of production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Herbal, Nutraceutical, or Ayurvedic manufacturing processes.
Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and documentation practices.
Basic knowledge of production equipment and process controls.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–8 years of experience in a Herbal, Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, or Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Hands-on experience in production operations and documentation.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
