Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate leads and schedule appointments where required.
Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets accurately.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Hindi communication required; English knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
