Job Description

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Generate current enquiries and sales for steel, cement, and other construction materials.

Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, developers, and potential customers.

Identify recent projects and upcoming construction activities.

Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, engineers, and purchasing teams.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Follow up regularly on quotations and enquiries until order confirmation.

Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed orders.

Coordinate with customers for repeat and regular orders.

Candidate Requirements

2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing.

Field work experience is mandatory.

Candidates must have good knowledge of steel and cement marketing.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Willingness to travel and visit construction sites regularly.

Salary

₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
