Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations.
Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure cleanliness of rooms, common areas, washrooms and other facilities.
Inspect areas regularly and maintain required hygiene standards.
Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory and material usage.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
Handle guest/client requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues.
Maintain daily attendance, cleaning checklists and housekeeping reports.
Monitor staff discipline, grooming and work quality.
Ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules and assigned tasks.
Experience in hotels, hospitals, residential properties, offices or facilities preferred.
Positive team-handling and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and housekeeping staff efficiently.
