Lovely Professional University (LPU) is seeking an accomplished PR Leader to drive strategic communications, strengthen media relations, and enhance the University's brand reputation nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans.
- Build and manage strong relationships with media, journalists, and digital publishers.
- Drive impactful media coverage, press releases, interviews, and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Lead corporate communications and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Develop and manage crisis communication strategies.
- Strengthen relationships with government, institutional, corporate, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead PR campaigns for major university events, announcements,



and institutional initiatives.
- Drive digital PR, online reputation management, and strategic storytelling.
- Lead and mentor the PR team while managing agencies and external communication partners.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10+ years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Brand Management, or Public Affairs.
- Strong media network and proven experience in reputation management.
- Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
