Looking After Manufacturing, Assistance with StaƯ, Overseeing All Production Activities,

Inventory Management, Safety, General day-to-day Operations, 5S, Implementation of good manufacturing practices, etc.

Key Responsibilities

 Ensure production is running as per the production plan & Monitoring production eƯiciency in diƯerent sections.

 To maintain Overall Equipment EƯiciency (OEE) in diƯerent sections.

 Review monthly departmental performance and ensure the updating of all documents related to the Production Shop Floor Management Manual and ISO.

 Daily monitoring of production processes and productivity to ensure the produced product meets Quality Standards.

 Implement automation in all possible areas by reducing human intervention

 Ensure eƯective utilisation of raw materials (RMN Material).

 Provide a timely Tentative Date of Dispatch (TDOD)



based on standing stock and lead time.

 Preparing MIS reports and other required reports and ensuring timely submission of the Monthly Presentation.

 Gender: Male candidates (below 35 years)

 Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as below:

o 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM o 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM o 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
