Lead Product Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and contribute to effective product planning and prioritization.
- Lead technical analysis of features and collaborate with the team to develop robust technical designs.
- Drive productive execution and delivery of features, including rollout strategy, observability, reliability, and impact tracking.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and actively remove technical or execution blockers.
- Design and develop distributed systems with a strong focus on scalability, resilience, performance, and reliability.
- Work closely with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.




- Analyses production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and contribute to effective post-mortems and preventive measures.
- Research and evaluate better approaches, technologies, industry trends, and architectural improvements..

Eligibility:

- B Tech / B.E. in CS
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Good English communication skills
