Client - Leader in it's Domain, Series A - Consumer Internet Space

We are looking for a data-driven and high-agency Performance Marketing Lead to own, execute, and scale our B2C paid acquisition engine. You will manage large daily ad budgets, optimize conversion funnels from top-of-funnel awareness to final conversion, and drive revenue growth while strictly maintaining profitability and efficiency metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Channel Ownership: End-to-end strategy, execution, and scaling of paid campaigns across ecosystems like [Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, UAC)], and emerging channels.
- Budget & ROI Management: Allocate, monitor, and optimize sizable marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and contribution margins.
- Funnel & Data Optimization: Dive deep into audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and attribution logic using tools like GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Creative Testing Roadmap: Build and execute a high-frequency testing framework for ad creatives (hooks, video formats,



static assets) and landing pages in collaboration with design teams.
- Attribution & Tracking: Oversee conversion event architecture, pixel health, and offline conversion imports (OCI) to ensure accurate measurement.

What You Need (Qualifications & Skills)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience scaling B2C, D2C, or consumer subscription products.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, tactical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads console (Search, Performance Max, App Campaigns).
- Analytical Mindset: Solid quantitative fluency with metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback periods. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and GA4.
- Creative Acumen: A sharp eye for ad aesthetics and messaging angles that resonate with consumer psychology.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
