We are looking for an experienced HR Onboarding professional to lead and manage end-to-end onboarding and employee lifecycle activities. The role will involve coordinating with TA, HR Technology, Payroll, HRBP and other internal teams to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding for trainees, on-roll, off-roll and contract employees.
- Coordinate with current hires prior to joining and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Process employment-related paperwork, benefits and employee records.
- Initiate and coordinate requirements such as ID cards, SIM cards, laptops, visiting cards and other onboarding assets.
- Ensure accurate employee data updates in HRMS and Payroll systems.
- Coordinate employee registration for insurance, retirement and other benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for corporate bank account creation.
- Plan and conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
- Partner with HRBP and business teams for smooth employee transition and role integration.




- Manage employee movement letters related to department, location or position changes.
- Support trainee career progression, extensions and conversion to on-roll.
- Support employee relations activities, including grievances, absenteeism and workplace investigations.
- Maintain Staff Personal Files and ensure audit compliance.
- Manage employee exits and issuance of relieving/service letters.
- Ensure uniform distribution and maintenance across employee levels.
- Analyse onboarding feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain and update employee handbook and onboarding processes.

Qualification
- Any Graduation / Post-Graduation in HR / Diploma in HR.

Experience
- Assistant Manager: 4+ years
- Deputy Manager: 5+ years
- Manager: 7+ years
