Role & responsibilities
Identify the training needs by working with managers and department heads.
Preparation of Monthly Training Calander and Schedule training sessions accordingly and ensure training evaluation.
Develop and Create the training aids, handbooks and digital courseware.
Coordinate with external trainers, speakers and Training vendors, as and when required.
Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) database and ensure all employees are trained as per the requirement of Organization.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR.
1 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D;).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.
Solid verbal and written communication and multi-tasking
