Event Manager,Global Marketing :

Experience: 5yrs -7yrs

Location: Bangalore The Event Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and executing high-impact event experiences that align with UST’s brand and business objectives.

This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who excels at managing end-to-end event logistics, driving engagement, and maximizing ROI.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure our presence at third party conferences and tradeshows drives brand awareness and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan & Execute Events: Own the logistics and execution of in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless operations and memorable attendee experiences.
- Sponsorships & Partnerships: Manage event sponsorships, booth design, and external vendor relationships.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, oversee event budgets, and collaborate with external partners.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Practices, Cluster Leads, Marketing, and Leadership to align event strategies with business goals.




- Partner Event Support: Assist in planning and executing partner events to expand UST’s reach.
- Analyze event performance and measure ROI to actualize our investments This role requires someone with the following skills & qualifications:
- Min 3-5 years of event management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech events.
- Robust project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously and a keen eye for details and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
- Experience managing conferences, webinars, executive dinners, and trade shows.
- Creativity & problem-solving to elevate event experiences and maximize engagement.
- Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, Swoogo, and traditional event planning methods.
- Ability to travel as needed to support in-person events.
