Position: Team Leader / Assistant Manager

Experience: Around 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive a team of Customer Support Executives to achieve daily, monthly and overall loan disbursement targets

.

- Monitor the complete loan funnel from CIBIL fetch to disbursement and improve stage-wise conversion.

- Ensure proper follow-ups on pending/stuck cases and strict adherence to defined

SOPs

.

- Track team productivity, individual performance, calling efficiency and target achievement.

- Identify funnel gaps and implement strategies to improve new & repeat loan conversions

.

- Coordinate with

Credit, IT and other teams to resolve process and customer-related issues.

- Analyse performance data and prepare daily/weekly MIS.

- Conduct team meetings, provide regular feedback and coach team members to improve performance.

- Drive recent process improvements, campaigns, automation and business initiatives

.

- Handle escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan journey.
