Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for our elevator and lift solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, contacting decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for passenger lifts, home lifts, commercial elevators, hospital lifts, industrial lifts, and other elevator solutions.
- Identify and connect with:
- Visiting to Builders, real-estate developers, Architects, consultants, Civil contractors, construction companies, Interior designers, Housing societies and RWA representatives, Commercial and industrial property owners, Hospitals, hotels, schools, institutions, Property managers and facility-management companies
- Research upcoming construction and real-estate projects where elevators may be required.
- Conduct lead generation through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn,



Google, online directories, and other sources.
- Contact prospects and understand their elevator requirements, project details, location, and expected installation timeline.
- Qualify leads and arrange site visits or meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Maintain daily and weekly reports of calls, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and appointment targets.
- Develop and maintain a database of builders, architects, contractors, and potential customers.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to research and identify new construction projects and potential customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
