Job Title: Embedded Engineer – Protocol & Firmware (C/C++)

Experience – 4 years to 15 years

Location:

Bangalore (Onsite – Customer Location, 5 days/week)

About the Role

We are hiring Embedded Engineers with experience in Protocol and/or Firmware development to work from the customer location in Bangalore. The role requires strong expertise in C/C++ programming, embedded systems, and communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain embedded firmware and communication protocols
- Work on wireless technologies such as:
- WiFi
- Cellular (LTE/5G)
- Bluetooth
- LoRa / LPWAN
- Design, develop, and debug protocol stacks and embedded systems
- Work on low-level drivers and hardware interfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues
- Optimize performance, memory, and system efficiency

Required Skills





Mandatory:

- Robust programming skills in C / C++ esp Data Structures.
- Good understanding of Embedded Systems
- Experience with Linux or RTOS environments
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Aware of using AI tools.
- Strong Protocol Knowledge, especially MAC Layer and above – hands-on experience with L2/MAC, RRC, and LLC
- Experience with protocol-level debugging tools such as Wireshark

Preferred:

- Experience with any communication protocol:
- WiFi / Bluetooth / Cellular / LoRa
- Knowledge of hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART)
- Experience in device drivers / board bring-up
