The DotNet lead – Backend Development will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable backend systems that support diverse database technologies—including document databases, key-value stores, search databases, and graph databases. This role requires hands-on expertise in backend development (using C#/.NET) and a proven track record of managing systems that handle quantum volumes of data. In addition to technical acumen, the ideal candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and secure system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & Design:
- Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend systems.
- Architect solutions to efficiently manage and scale large datasets and high-transaction environments.
- Evaluate and integrate diverse database solutions (document DBs, key-value stores, search DBs, and graph DBs) based on application needs.
- Development & Implementation:
- Engage in hands-on backend development using C#/.NET.
- Implement caching strategies and queuing systems to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with overall business objectives.
- Performance & Scalability:
- Develop solutions that can scale with the increasing quantum of data.
- Oversee performance tuning and optimization initiatives, ensuring robust data handling and minimal latency.
- Leadership & Mentorship:




- Guide and mentor engineering teams in best practices for software architecture and design.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architectural guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Quality & Security:
- Ensure that all systems are secure, scalable, and adhere to industry best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to maintain high service availability.

Educational Qualification: B.E. or B. Tech

Experience: 10+ years

Work Experience and Skills required:
- Hands-on expertise in backend development using C#/.NET.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple database types (document, key-value, search, and graph databases).
- Experience in designing systems for high scalability and performance, particularly with quantum volumes of data.
- Proficiency in implementing caching strategies and message queuing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for technical innovation.
