Lead Data Scientist (AI / GenAI)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-scale business problems. The role defines data science strategy, drives adoption of data-driven decision-making across business functions, and owns the end-to-end model development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Machine Learning, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
- Define data science strategy and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the end-to-end model development lifecycle - data acquisition, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Architect MLOps frameworks to enable reliable model deployment and lifecycle management.
- Drive development of RAG-based GenAI solutions and LLM-powered applications.
- Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and analytics teams.
- Establish best practices for model governance, explainability, fairness, and responsible AI.
