Responsibilities:

- Identify and analyze business processes to uncover automation opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to determine areas for improvement.
- Evaluate the potential ROI of proposed automation initiatives and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed business analysis documentation, including process maps, use cases, and functional specifications.
