Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Own backend architecture, system design, and technical decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Build and optimize REST APIs/microservices and database solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Work closely with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and other teams.
- Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java / Node.js backend technology.
- Strong understanding of DSA, OOP,



databases, APIs, and system design.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Valuable understanding of AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.

Good to Have: Experience handling high-scale systems and large data volumes.

Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, or similar technologies.

Experience owning backend architecture from 0→1.
