Key ResponsibilitiesTherapy & Client Care Duties

- Perform treatments for skin (facials, peels, etc.), hair (PRP, scalp treatments, etc.), slimming (cavitation, EMS, RF, etc.), and pain management therapies (cupping, lymphatic drainage, etc.)
- Conduct client assessments and tailor therapy plans accordingly
- Explain treatment procedures, perks, and aftercare clearly to clients
- Maintain professional and friendly behavior to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate treatment records and progress documentation

Front Desk & Reception Duties

- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; manage check-ins and check-outs
- Handle client bookings (in-person, phone, or WhatsApp), rescheduling, and appointment confirmations
- Maintain and update client data in CRM or appointment software
- Answer queries about treatments, packages, and offers courteously
- Manage payment processing, receipts, and basic billing operations




- Coordinate with therapists/doctors for appointment alignment
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and display of promotional materials

Sales & Client Engagement

- Recommend service packages and retail/homecare products
- Achieve individual and center-level targets related to service delivery and upselling
- Assist in conducting client follow-ups and feedback collection

Compliance & Hygiene

- Ensure hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness of tools, machines, and treatment rooms
- Adhere to all internal SOPs and wellness center protocols

Required QualificationsEducational Background:

- Diploma/Degree in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, or Wellness Therapies
- Reception, admin, or salon front desk experience is an added advantage

Skills & Attributes:

- Knowledge of therapy machines and wellness protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Booking software (preferred)
- Presentable, organized, and client-oriented with a warm demeanor
- Able to multitask between therapy delivery and front desk responsibilities
