- Landscape Architect

- We are looking for a Landscape Architect to join the team in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have experience in landscape design, construction documentation, tender documentation, BOQs, project coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Development:

- Design and coordinate projects with clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project expectations.

- Take projects from concept stage through GFC (Good for Construction) stage.

- Deliver project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.

Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP/structural teams, and vendors.

- Present design intent confidently to clients and project stakeholders.

BOQs & Construction

- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.

- Oversee construction phases to ensure the design intent is maintained.

- Demonstrate proficiency in landscape construction drawings and tender documentation.

Team Leadership

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.





- Foster a cooperative and innovative working environment.

Job Requirements

- M.Arch in Landscape Architecture

- B.Arch in Landscape Design.

- Proficiency in landscape construction drawings.

- Experience in tender documentation and BOQs for large-scale projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, etc.

- Good project coordination and client communication skills.
