Role: L2.5 Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: 7-10 Years

Shift: 2PM - 11PM IST

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong domain expertise in Investment Management/Capital Markets (must-have, top priority).
- Experience working with peripheral systems integrated with Aladdin or similar IM platforms (Aladdin experience not mandatory).
- 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in L2.5/L3 production support.
- Robust knowledge of data engineering concepts and exposure to API management for system to-system data flows.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (Python/PLSQL) and ReactJS.
- Exposure to one or more: Restful APIs, HTML, CSS, Java Microservices.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, Git/Bitbucket, and test automation.
- Experience with incident/problem lifecycle management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA).
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently and within teams.
