Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production applications and system alerts.
- Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and impact analysis.
- Monitor batch jobs using Control-M / AutoSys.
- Perform SQL queries for data validation.
- Follow Incident Management, SLA, and escalation procedures.
- Coordinate with L2/L3, Development, Database, and Infrastructure teams.
- Maintain incident documentation and knowledge articles.
- Provide support in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Candidate Profile
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a high-volume production support environment.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
